Shipping Policy
Shipping within the United States typically takes 5–7 business days. International orders may take approximately 6–10 business days to arrive.
Processing time for all orders is 2–3 business days before shipment.
Shipping fees and applicable taxes will be calculated and added at checkout. Once your order has shipped, a tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at the time of purchase.
Please note that Kay0ed LLC is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service (USPS) directly for assistance.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping fee again to have the package resent.
Return, Refund & Exchange Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer exchanges.
Returns
Items may be returned only if they meet the following conditions:

If these conditions are not met, the return will be denied.
Approved refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used at checkout.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refund Requests
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase. After this time frame, store credit will be issued instead of a refund.
Digital Products & Business Services
No refunds or returns are available for digital products or “Business with Kayy” services. In these cases, store credit may be issued.
